The Account & Finance Executive is responsible for managing the full set of accounts and ensuring timely financial reporting. This role plays a critical part in supporting strategic initiatives and aligning financial priorities with brand growth goals across multiple countries.

Job Description

The Account & Finance Executive will engage in daily accounting tasks and oversee month-end closing processes in a dynamic work environment. This position requires collaboration with various departments to provide insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full set of accounts with timely month-end closing.
  • Handle daily accounting tasks including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and manage petty cash.
  • Prepare and process invoices and payments.
  • Oversee inventory costing and sales reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly management reports such as profit and loss statements.
  • Ensure statutory compliance by liaising with auditors and tax agents.
  • Calculate and submit monthly payroll and statutory payments.
  • Implement internal control processes for multi-country operations.
  • Support strategic initiatives by building financial dashboards and forecasts.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in full-set accounting (preferably in e-commerce / retail).

Strong knowledge of accounting systems.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.

Comfortable in a fast-moving, creative, and scaling brand environment.

(Bonus) Experience with multi-entity accounting or cross-border operations (SG/HK).
