Role Summary
The Accounting Intern is responsible for supporting the Accounting Shared Service Center in various tasks. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting functions while receiving training and performance evaluations.
Job Description
As an Accounting Intern, you will engage in day-to-day activities within the Accounting Shared Service Center, collaborating with teams in Intercompany, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets. You will receive guidance and feedback to enhance your skills and work quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing intercompany transactions.
- Support the preparation of general ledger entries.
- Help maintain fixed asset records.
- Participate in month-end closing activities.
- Conduct data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
- Attend training sessions to develop accounting knowledge.
Job Requirements
Students majoring in Accounting or Finance.
Proficient in English.
Computer literate.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work shift hours during month-end closing.
Available for a 6-month internship starting in July or August.
