
The Demand Planner is responsible for managing demand for APAC regional product categories and the Indian Subcontinent. This role involves developing aligned demand plans and ensuring integration with supply chain processes while leading a diverse team in a dynamic environment.
The Demand Planner will engage in day-to-day activities that include coordinating with regional market managers and participating in commercial meetings. This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and may require occasional overseas travel within APAC or internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree or master’s in business administration, international trade/business, or supply chain planning.
At least 5 years’ experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning/Forecasting, or Sales & Inventory Management.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office365 software including MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook, and SharePoint.
Ability to learn and use demand management software.
Team-oriented approach and ability to work in a matrix organization.
