The Finance & Reporting Executive at Kopenhagen Coffee, based in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, engages in various financial tasks to support the overall operations of the business. The position involves both office work and occasional visits to outlets to ensure adherence to financial routines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily bookkeeping and transaction processing.
- Prepare sales and cost reports for management review.
- Monitor and reconcile financial deposits.
- Assist in financial closings and audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Participate in coffee training classes to enhance product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Education in Accounting, Finance or related fields (Diploma or Degree).
Familiarity with F&B accounting is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong numeracy and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with Excel and modern accounting software.
Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Has own transport and is open to travel within KL occasionally.
