The role involves organizing and maintaining files, records, cash, and cash equivalents per policies, recording and analyzing computerized financial information, and maintaining electronic spreadsheets. The position also includes preparing and distributing financial reports, completing period-end closing procedures, managing billing and invoicing processes, and following company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professional appearance. The Accounts Assistant supports positive working relationships within the team and performs other duties as assigned by supervisors.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
No supervisory experience required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Effective communication skills including clear spoken and written language.
Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
