This includes maintaining filing systems, office supplies, stationery inventory, handling reception duties, photocopying, courier arrangements, and managing suppliers for office equipment maintenance. The position also requires answering telephone enquiries professionally and performing daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary/STPM/A-Level/Pre-U or equivalent.
Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office applications.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English to liaise with suppliers and colleagues.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
