
The Admin - Data Management & Reporting is responsible for supporting the Learning and Development team through effective data management. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and contribute to training initiatives.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve managing data related to training initiatives and preparing reports. You will work in a collaborative environment, utilizing your analytical skills to support the Learning and Development team. *Key Responsibilities:* - Manage various aspects of data related to training initiatives. - Prepare and validate reports for internal audits. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective data management. - Analyze large datasets using MS Excel to identify discrepancies. - Assist in project management activities. - Support the implementation of learning solutions. - Provide accurate information for decision-making processes.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Excel (Intermediate level).
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
Team player with good communication skills.
Keen interest in data analysis.
Experience in project management is a plus.
