Responsible for the technical maintenance and servicing of aircraft to ensure flight safety and operational efficiency at AirAsia's maintenance facilities.
As an Aircraft Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine and non-routine aircraft technical handling and maintenance in accordance with CAAM-approved procedures. You will assist Licensed Aircraft Engineers with documentation, order spares, and ensure all tasks are completed within specific timeframes. The role also involves maintaining tools, reporting incidents, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety within the maintenance facility.
Qualification as per MOE Part 3.8 requirements (non-CS).
Proficient in routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance and technical handling.
Ability to assist engineers with documentation and part ordering.
Capable of maintaining tools and equipment in serviceable condition.
Strong commitment to safety regulations and incident reporting.
Possess or able to obtain an Airside Driving Permit.
Disciplined approach to timekeeping and workspace maintenance.
