Role Summary
The Anaplan Specialist is responsible for providing front-line support to community users and driving increased platform adoption across the S&P Global Finance division. This role involves capturing user requirements, developing user stories, and managing the end-to-end testing and deployment process.
Job Description
As an Anaplan Specialist within the Anaplan Innovation Hub, you will engage with community users daily to enhance their experience and optimize platform usage. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure adherence to design standards and deliver insightful data visualizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support to community users.
- Capture user requirements and develop user stories.
- Manage the end-to-end testing and deployment process, including FUT, SIT, and UAT.
- Administer workspaces and optimize user experience.
- Collaborate with partner networks to adhere to design standards.
- Deliver advanced visualization layers using Tableau and Power BI.
- Support community growth through targeted training and demonstrations.
Job Requirements
University Degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Software Development, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of operational experience in FP&A or relevant business analyst roles.
Deep architectural and operational knowledge of Anaplan; Master Anaplanner status preferred.
Experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and workspace administration.
Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Dynamic Dashboards.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
