Role Summary

The Anaplan Specialist is responsible for providing front line support to community users of the Anaplan platform. This role involves enhancing user engagement and optimizing platform performance across various divisions within S&P Global Finance.

Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with community users, collaborating with different functional teams to drive the adoption of the Anaplan platform. You will leverage your operational knowledge to improve user experience and manage platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front line support to community users of the Anaplan platform.
  • Collaborate with various divisions to enhance user engagement.
  • Optimize user experience by addressing operational challenges.
  • Manage platform performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to prioritize development initiatives.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new users.
  • Analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Requires a University Degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Software Development, or a related field.

2 or more years of relevant operational experience in FP&A or related business analyst roles.

Strong technical skills and an interest in finance.

Basic knowledge and familiarity with Anaplan are a plus.

Exceptional problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
