The APAC Account Lead role based in Pulau Pinang involves leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client service and operational excellence across a portfolio of accounts and facilities. The position requires driving strategic client partnerships, ensuring efficient technical operations, and achieving strong financial and service outcomes, combining client relationship management with operational delivery and engineering oversight.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may also be considered.
8 years of experience in operations, engineering, or facilities management, including leadership of multi-site teams.
Proven experience managing client relationships and overseeing contract delivery in a complex business environment.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
