
The APAC Account Lead is responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client service and operational excellence. This role involves driving strategic client partnerships and ensuring efficient technical operations across a portfolio of accounts and facilities.
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, managing a team to achieve strong financial and service outcomes while maintaining client relationships. You will work in a dynamic environment that combines client relationship management with operational delivery and engineering oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may also be considered.
8+ years of experience in operations, engineering, or facilities management.
Proven experience managing client relationships in a complex business environment.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
