You will analyze sales data, provide strategic guidance, and implement best practices to enhance distributor effectiveness. Your role will involve regular communication and collaboration with distributors to address challenges and identify growth opportunities. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and supporting the sales team to achieve their objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales management
Proven track record in driving sales performance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Mandarin is required
Familiarity with the local market dynamics
Willingness to travel as needed
