The Assistant Accounts Executive will assist in preparing full sets of accounts with minimal supervision and support daily operational tasks within the accounts department. Responsibilities include monitoring bank balances, performing monthly cash flow reports, finalizing accounts for audits and tax purposes, and participating in ad-hoc tasks as assigned. This role requires a proactive approach to financial reporting and cash flow management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
Bachelor’s diploma/degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related field
1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance analysis
Ability to work in a team with a strong sense of responsibility
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and accounting software like Autocount & UBS
Good technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
