Proven experience in IT management, preferably in the hospitality sector
Strong knowledge of hotel technology systems (PMS, POS, etc.)
Familiarity with information security standards and compliance (IHG, PCI DSS)
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with network infrastructure and data protection
