ASSISTANT, AMBULANCE – KPJ Healthcare

The Assistant, Ambulance is responsible for supporting the ambulance department in patient registration and admission processes. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and compliant patient experience within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

As an Assistant in the Ambulance department, you will engage in daily tasks that involve registering inpatients and outpatients, collecting deposits, and processing guarantee letters. You will also accompany patients or their relatives to the respective wards upon admission while adhering to Occupational Safety and Health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register inpatients and outpatients using the KCIS system.
• Collect deposits from patients upon admission.
• Process guarantee letters for patient admissions.
• Accompany patients or relatives to respective wards.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations.
• Participate in new service introductions as needed.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
