The Assistant, Ambulance role involves supporting the healthcare team by managing patient admissions and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This position is crucial for maintaining efficient operations within the ambulance services.
As an Assistant in the Ambulance department, you will be responsible for registering inpatients and outpatients using the KCIS system, collecting deposits from patients upon admission, and processing guarantee letters. You will also accompany patients or relatives to the respective wards upon admission and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations. Additionally, you will participate in new service introductions as needed.
