Job Description

The General Manager will oversee day-to-day financial planning and HR functions while ensuring quality management and compliance. This position requires a proactive approach to leadership and strategic alignment within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Oversee financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Manage HR functions to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead risk management initiatives to mitigate potential issues.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational improvements.
  • Inspire and lead multi-disciplinary teams towards achieving targets.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance, HR, quality, risk, and compliance functions, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.

Relevant certifications such as ACCA, CIMA or similar are advantageous.

Strong understanding of financial management principles and budgeting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
