Role Summary
The General Manager, Finance and Administration is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for Finance, HR, Quality, Risk, and Compliance to align with KPJ's goals. Job Description
The General Manager will oversee day-to-day financial planning and HR functions while ensuring quality management and compliance. This position requires a proactive approach to leadership and strategic alignment within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.
- Oversee financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Manage HR functions to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Lead risk management initiatives to mitigate potential issues.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational improvements.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance, HR, quality, risk, and compliance functions, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
Relevant certifications such as ACCA, CIMA or similar are advantageous.
Strong understanding of financial management principles and budgeting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
