Job Description

As an Assistant in Business Operations, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the day-to-day operations of the verification and registration unit. Your duties include ensuring the accuracy of patient information, verifying Guarantee Letters from clients, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. You will also assist in patient registration and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

Job Requirements

Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent

1 year of working experience

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong commitment to job responsibilities

Positive attitude and resilience

Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Act Regulations
