Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or order processing roles.
Flexible and good communication skills.
Ability to maintain good relationships with all levels of staff.
High discipline, cooperative, responsible, and reliable.
Analytical and data-driven; able to manage KPIs and performance metrics.
