Role Summary
The Assistant, Customer Service is responsible for efficiently handling daily customer and hospital requests. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within KPJ Healthcare.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage with customers and KPJ hospitals to facilitate order fulfillment and address inquiries. You will work in a dynamic environment that prioritizes professionalism and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with KPJ hospitals to coordinate customer requests.
- Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain documentation for audit purposes.
- Monitor outstanding orders and follow up with customers.
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staff at all levels.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or order processing roles.
Flexible and possess good communication skills.
High discipline, cooperative, responsible, and reliable.
Analytical and data-driven; able to manage KPIs and performance metrics.
