Job Description

The Assistant Director of Sales supports the leadership of the property's segmented sales efforts across various segments such as group, transient, association, and corporate. The role involves assisting in the implementation of sales strategies to achieve segment and property revenue goals while focusing on building long-term customer relationships and achieving personal booking goals. This position also includes participation in sales activities, analysis of market and sales data, and ensuring exceptional customer service in line with company and brand standards.

Job Requirements

Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with three years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree in a similar field with at least one year of relevant experience.

Ability to assist in developing and executing sales strategies.

Skills to support revenue maximization and achieve booking goals.

Capability to manage sales activities including approvals and participation in sales calls.

Competence in analyzing and reporting sales and financial data.

Capacity to ensure and exemplify exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.

Ability to build and manage successful relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with internal and external sales channels.
