Job Description
As an Assistant in Discharge, you will be responsible for finalizing inpatient bills, generating bills, collecting payments, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed before patient discharge. You will also update the Bed Management System and ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations while providing excellent service to patients.
Job Requirements
Responsible for obtaining charge tickets and finalizing inpatient bills
Generate bills and discount bills as required
Collect payments from self-payment cases
Ensure guarantee letters are obtained before patient release
Update Bed Management System and follow up on payments
Adhere to hospital policies and safety regulations
Provide excellent service to patients during their admission
Participate in new service introductions
