Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or GED with 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related area, or a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage housekeeping operations effectively.
Experience in handling guest complaints and providing excellent customer service.
Familiarity with departmental controllable expenses and financial goals.
