Job Description
As a CBRE Assistant Finance Manager, you will engage in day-to-day financial operations, producing essential reports and assisting with month-end tasks. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with the GWS finance team and addressing financial system issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce financial reports, including Profit and Loss statements and variance reports.
- Assist with month-end closing tasks and client-related financial matters.
- Collaborate with the GWS finance team on budgeting and forecasts.
- Address issues related to the financial system.
- Conduct site visits as required.
- Support financial analysis for multiple countries including Pakistan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of international tax is a bonus.
Excellent communication skills in English.
