Job Description
In this role, you will assist the supervisor in managing inbound operations, ensuring that all deliveries are received and processed efficiently. You will oversee employee schedules and attendance, maintain productivity levels, and provide performance reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that goods are processed immediately upon arrival and that all KPIs are met. Ad-hoc tasks may also be assigned as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing inbound operations to ensure efficiency.
- Oversee employee schedules and attendance.
- Maintain productivity levels and provide performance reports.
- Ensure timely processing of goods upon arrival.
- Monitor and meet all key performance indicators (KPIs).

Strong leadership skills to promote teamwork.

Ability to work 45 hours weekly with a rotational shift schedule.
Willingness to work overtime if required.
