Job Description

In this role, you will assist the supervisor in managing inbound operations, ensuring that all deliveries are received and processed efficiently. You will oversee employee schedules and attendance, maintain productivity levels, and provide performance reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that goods are processed immediately upon arrival and that all KPIs are met. Ad-hoc tasks may also be assigned as needed.

Job Requirements

1 - 2 years of relevant experience in warehousing operations

Strong leadership skills to promote teamwork

Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets

Supervisory experience managing operators

Ability to work 45 hours weekly with a rotational shift schedule

Willingness to work overtime if required

Strong organizational skills
