Job Description
In this role, you will oversee daily operations, guiding a team of agents in managing caseloads and addressing counterfeit issues. You will collaborate with legal teams and monitor performance to improve workflows and handle appeals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of agents in managing counterfeit inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with legal teams to address counterfeit cases.
- Oversee the appeals process for counterfeit inquiries.
- Monitor team performance and implement improvements.
- Manage workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Address issues related to repeat offenders in the marketplace.
