
The Assistant Manager, COE Ingredient Specialist is responsible for enhancing technical governance and decision-making for ingredient-related projects. This role plays a crucial part in bridging ingredient science with beverage applications to improve product consistency and performance.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve reviewing and recommending ingredient proposals while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on innovation and quality in beverage formulation.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.
3-6 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of ingredient behavior in food systems.
Experience in beverage formulation and ingredient application.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with café or foodservice categories is a plus.
