As the Assistant Manager of HR & Admin, you will oversee the company's human resources and administrative management under the General Manager's guidance. Your responsibilities include optimizing HR workflows, developing recruitment plans, implementing training programs, managing employee contracts, and fostering a positive corporate culture. You will also handle salary calculations, welfare matters, and coordinate internal and external communications to ensure smooth operations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Over five years of HR supervisory experience in a company with over 100 employees
Proficient in Word and Excel
Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay
Strong communication and coordination skills
Familiar with local culture and regulations in Malaysia
Experience in the organic processing industry preferred
