The Assistant Manager, Innovation and Analytics is responsible for driving digital transformation and integrating innovative data solutions to enhance student success and experience at Taylors Residence. This role involves identifying and implementing AI tools and technology, training staff and students, supporting digitalization of operations to streamline processes, developing and maintaining data analytics platforms, and overseeing projects that improve operational efficiency and student engagement. The position also requires collaboration with various departments to lead operational excellence through data-driven initiatives and innovation while ensuring seamless integration of technology in resident programs aligned with institutional goals.
Diploma or Degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related discipline focused on digital tools, innovation, and analytics.
Minimum three to five years of experience in data analytics, digital transformation, or innovation-related roles, preferably in educational, residential, or organizational development environments.
Proven experience in managing technology-driven projects, including training staff or students on AI tools, data visualization, and automation processes.
Self-driven and highly motivated individual able to work both independently and in a team with minimal supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics platforms such as Power BI, and project management tools.
Capable of using SQL and Python for data processing, analysis, and automation to improve workflows and decision-making.
Ability to work on own initiative and operate under tight schedules and timelines.
Ability to connect with youths, providing guidance, inspiration, and mentorship.
Possess good ethics, integrity, and trustworthiness.
Passion for working with young people and ability to relate to them at all levels.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive working attitude and ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible working environment.
