Job Description

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve identifying and implementing AI tools, training staff and students, and supporting the digitalization of operations. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the seamless integration of technology in resident programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance student success.
  • Identify and implement innovative AI tools and technology.
  • Train staff and students on data analytics and automation processes.
  • Support the digitalization of operations to streamline processes.
  • Develop and maintain data analytics platforms.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

Minimum three to five years of experience in data analytics or digital transformation roles.

Proven experience in managing technology-driven projects.

Self-driven and highly motivated individual.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
