As an Assistant Manager, you will lead the Private Markets Data Operations Team, overseeing the processing and analysis of financial documents like capital calls and distributions. You will drive data-driven strategies, manage data quality projects, and foster a culture of innovation through Lean methodologies and automation. This leadership role involves mentoring team members, managing stakeholder relationships globally, and ensuring operational excellence while meeting critical KPIs and project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial data services or private equity operations.
Proven leadership experience with a strong focus on people management and mentoring.
In-depth understanding of private markets dynamics and financial document analysis.
Proficiency in operational management, including KPI monitoring and performance metrics.
Excellent oral and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, to support global operations.
Familiarity with SQL, Generative AI, or data visualization tools is preferred.
Lean Green Belt Certification is highly desirable.
