Job Description
In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations of the Private Markets Data Operations Team, focusing on the analysis of financial documents such as capital calls and distributions. You will also mentor team members and manage global stakeholder relationships.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial data services or private equity operations.
Proven leadership experience with a strong focus on people management and mentoring.
In-depth understanding of private markets dynamics and financial document analysis.
Proficiency in operational management, including KPI monitoring and performance metrics.
Excellent oral and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, to support global operations.
Familiarity with SQL, Generative AI, or data visualization tools is preferred.
Lean Green Belt Certification is highly desirable.
