
The Assistant Manager/Manager Campaign & Client Success (Media & Creators) is responsible for managing key relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth in Malaysia. This role involves overseeing campaign management and creative development while leading a team to ensure client satisfaction and success.
In this role, you will engage with clients, agency partners, and creators daily to foster strong relationships and ensure successful campaign execution. You will oversee creative development, manage budgets, and serve as the primary contact for creators, all while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
At least 4-7 years of experience in Accounts Servicing and Campaign Management.
Strong understanding of the advertising and media industry.
Proficient in social media platforms, especially TikTok.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to manage tight deadlines.
Empathetic and proactive attitude.
