
The Assistant Manager, Procurement is responsible for leading end-to-end sourcing activities and contract negotiations. This role plays a crucial part in aligning procurement decisions with business goals while ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
In this hands-on role, you will manage supplier relationships and mitigate commercial risks while partnering with cross-functional teams like Finance and Legal. Your day-to-day work will involve translating business requirements into strategic sourcing plans and executing negotiations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of procurement experience with exposure to strategic sourcing.
Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and make sound sourcing recommendations.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
Clear and concise communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
