As an Assistant Manager of Procurement, you will lead end-to-end sourcing activities and contract negotiations. This hands-on role involves translating business requirements into strategic sourcing plans, managing supplier relationships, and mitigating commercial risks. You will partner with cross-functional teams like Finance and Legal to align procurement decisions with business goals while ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of procurement experience with exposure to strategic sourcing.
Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and make sound sourcing recommendations.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with the ability to structure problems.
Clear and concise communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, specifically Excel/Sheets.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
