
The Assistant Manager - Project Management (Property) will oversee project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and maintain quality standards.
We are seeking a proactive project management professional to manage and monitor assigned projects through their full lifecycle, ensuring effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety, and health outcomes. This role works closely with consultants, contractors, and authorities to coordinate activities, secure approvals, maintain proper project documentation, and address risks and opportunities for successful delivery.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Construction Management, or equivalent
At least 5 to 7 years of experience in project/construction management/consultancy industry
Strong understanding of entire real estate project management lifecycle
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage risks and opportunities effectively
