Job Description

The Assistant Manager - Sustainability will engage in day-to-day activities that include managing sustainability projects and supporting reporting efforts. The position is based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, and requires collaboration with various teams to drive sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of sustainability governance initiatives.
  • Develop and execute sustainability strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Manage data collection and analysis for sustainability reporting.
  • Support the preparation of annual sustainability reports.
  • Ensure compliance with ESG standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote sustainability practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or professional degree in a related field.

Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in sustainability/ESG reporting.

Familiarity with corporate reporting and sustainability frameworks.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Strong organizational and project management skills.
