The Assistant Outlet Manager oversees the daily activities of restaurant operations, including Restaurants/Bars and Room Service. This position requires collaboration with team members to maintain high service standards and improve overall guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area; or a 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years of experience in a related field.
Ability to handle employee questions and concerns.
Strong communication skills to interact with kitchen and management staff.
Knowledge of restaurant policies and compliance with local alcohol beverage service laws.
Experience in managing budgets and daily restaurant operations.
