Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
- Support menu planning and maintain sanitation standards.
- Aid servers and hosts during peak periods to enhance service efficiency.
- Manage restaurant team members and ensure compliance with policies.

Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area; or a 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years of experience in a related field.
Ability to handle employee questions and concerns.
Strong communication skills to interact with kitchen and management staff.
Knowledge of restaurant policies and compliance with local alcohol beverage service laws.
Experience in managing budgets and daily restaurant operations.
