A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 3 years experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area.
OR a 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 1 year experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area.
Experience in building and managing customer relationships and sales opportunities.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer service practices.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to support operational sales processes such as proposal generation and contract management.
