Job Description
As an Assistant in Special Diagnostics, you will support the unit by managing daily administrative tasks, including updating patient records, coordinating discharges, and assisting with patient needs. You will ensure accurate documentation and communication between departments, maintain cleanliness, and support the nursing staff in providing quality care to patients throughout their hospitalization.
Job Requirements
Understand the service organization structure
Assist in daily assignment to cover MC/EL
Key in, update, and send all charges accurately
Maintain cleanliness of the nurse’s station
Assist in arrangement to transfer patients out
Answer patient’s call bell and inform nurse in charge
Collect Pharmacy and Surgical store items when needed
Maintain liaison with all hospital departments
