Job Description
As an Assistant in the Surgical Ward, you will register inpatients and outpatients using the KCIS system, collect deposits from patients, process guarantee letters, and accompany patients to their respective wards. You will also ensure compliance with safety regulations, participate in new services, and uphold patient safety goals. Adherence to hospital policies and procedures is essential, along with any additional duties assigned by your superior.
Job Requirements
Register inpatient and outpatients using KCIS system.
Collect sufficient deposit from patients upon admission.
Process guarantee letters.
Accompany patient/relative to the respective ward.
Comply with Occupational Safety and Health Act.
Participate in new service introductions.
