The Assistant Unit Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient patient flow within the ward by supervising staff and collaborating with healthcare providers. This role involves enforcing high standards of care, establishing clear directions for the nursing team, and overseeing patient care delivery. The manager will also engage in health education, monitor patient charges, and represent the unit manager in meetings.
Registered with the Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse
Post Basic qualification in a related field
Preferably with Bachelor of Nursing
Registered Nurse with at least 8 years of clinical experience
Leadership Program certification
Certifications in BLS, ACLS, MTLS, PALS, and NRP
