
The Assistant Unit Manager, Accident & Emergency is responsible for ensuring efficient patient flow within the ward. This role involves supervising staff, collaborating with healthcare providers, and maintaining high standards of care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
In this role, the Assistant Unit Manager will oversee daily operations within the Accident & Emergency unit, ensuring that patient care is delivered effectively and efficiently. The manager will work closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Registered with the Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse
Post Basic qualification in a related field
Preferably with Bachelor of Nursing
Registered Nurse with at least 8 years of clinical experience
Leadership Program certification
Certifications in BLS, ACLS, MTLS, PALS, and NRP
