The Assistant Vice President, Credit Review, Corporate Banking is responsible for managing and supervising the Credit Review team to ensure high service standards. This role involves reviewing large commercial and corporate credit proposals and conducting special reviews to ensure compliance with relevant policies.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Credit Review team, ensuring that service standards and turnaround times are consistently met. You will be involved in reviewing significant credit proposals and conducting special reviews based on identified triggering events or adverse news affecting borrowers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the Credit Review team to meet service standards.
• Review large commercial and corporate credit proposals, providing input and recommendations.
• Conduct special reviews based on identified triggering events or adverse news.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.
