
The Merchant Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and securing merchant sales opportunities while promoting e-payment solutions. This role involves establishing and maintaining strong relationships with merchants to foster long-term partnerships and ensure compliance with card scheme rules.
In this role, you will engage with merchants daily, providing training and updates on the latest services while managing marketing programs. You will also assist in fraud investigations and work proactively to mitigate risks associated with non-compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum SPM qualification.
At least 3 years of working experience.
Fresh graduates will also be considered.
Experience in sales, marketing, and client management is an advantage.
Result-oriented with a strong desire to sell.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
