The Merchant Sales Executive role focuses on identifying and securing merchant sales opportunities while promoting e-payment solutions. The position requires building strong relationships with merchants and conducting training to ensure compliance with card schemes.
Identify and secure merchant sales opportunities and promote e-payment solutions. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective merchants. Conduct merchant training and keep merchants updated on the latest card schemes rules or expanded services. Manage marketing programmes with merchants to foster long term partnerships. Assist in merchant fraud investigation and take pro-active measures to mitigate non-compliance risk.
Minimum SPM qualification with at least 3 years working experience.
Fresh graduates will also be considered.
Experience in sales, marketing and client management would be an added advantage.
Result-oriented with a strong desire to sell.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
