Role Summary
The Security Assistant is responsible for ensuring the safety of staff and customers while safeguarding the Bank's property. This role involves active monitoring and control of the premises to maintain a secure environment.
Job Description
As a Security Assistant, you will engage in daily activities that include screening visitors, patrolling the premises, and operating security surveillance systems. You will also be involved in traffic control and will undergo Auxiliary Police training for 9 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen visitors to ensure security protocols are followed.
- Patrol the premises to monitor for suspicious activity.
- Control traffic flow to maintain safety.
- Operate security surveillance systems effectively.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of security activities.
Job Requirements
Minimum height of 170cm.
Minimum SPM qualification with at least 5 passes including Bahasa Melayu and Sejarah.
Physically fit with good eyesight.
Candidates with past experience in the military/police force or relevant field are encouraged to apply.
Must be prepared to undergo Auxiliary Police training at Pusat Latihan Polis (PULAPOL) for a period of 9 weeks.
No criminal record.
Must be prepared to work on shift.
