As an Associate - Infrastructure Engineer at PwC, you will engage in day-to-day operations that include managing cloud resources and providing support for system configurations. You will work in a collaborative environment, ensuring compliance with global policies while contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud resources.
- Monitor on-prem servers and storage systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues effectively.
- Implement and document updates for hardware and Windows OS.
- Ensure compliance with PwC global policies.
- Provide L2/L3 support to various teams.
- Contribute to system configuration processes to enhance business performance.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates from a recognized university with a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline.
Hands-on experience in Windows Server 2016, IIS, VMware, and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure/AWS/Google Cloud).
Good understanding of SQL Server 2016, cloud administration, and basic networking.
Trained on Microsoft Windows Server Administration or Microsoft Azure Administrator.
Comfortable with cloud resources administration.
Team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Passionate about learning new technologies.
Effective communication skills in verbal and written English.
