Join S&P Global's ClearPar Loan Operations division as an Associate managing account setups and client support for the syndicated loan market. This role operates on an EMEA shift and focuses on data integrity, onboarding, and client relationship management within a hybrid work model.
As an Associate in the Loan Platforms Account Services team, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Syndicated Loan Market offering. Responsibilities include managing client onboarding, performing data research, and maintaining entity identifiers and user accounts across multiple platforms. You will interact with senior-level clients, ensure data integrity, and adhere to LSTA/LMA standards while identifying system-related issues and collaborating with internal partners to improve product services.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work the EMEA shift (4:30 PM - 1:30 AM).
Customer service experience and Salesforce knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to manage projects independently and work under pressure.
Capable of identifying process improvements and system-related issues.
