Job Description
As an Associate in the Loan Platforms Account Services team, you will engage in various operational tasks that are crucial for the smooth functioning of the Syndicated Loan Market. You will interact with senior-level clients and work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client onboarding processes efficiently.
- Perform data research to support operational needs.
- Maintain entity identifiers and user accounts across multiple platforms.
- Ensure adherence to LSTA/LMA standards in all operations.
- Identify system-related issues and collaborate with internal partners.
- Support senior-level clients with their inquiries and needs.
- Contribute to process improvements and service enhancements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Customer service experience and Salesforce knowledge is an advantage.
