
The Associate Professor is responsible for leading educational initiatives in International Education and Curriculum. This role significantly impacts the academic environment by fostering high teaching standards and engaging in scholarly research activities.
The Associate Professor in Education will engage in teaching and learning activities, including designing and preparing teaching materials, conducting classes and assessments, and supporting postgraduate research. The role also involves participation in curriculum development and the implementation of effective teaching strategies to meet university expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Possess a PhD from a recognised university in Education or related fields.
Have at least five years of experience in teaching or industry.
Maintain a strong publication record with at least 7-10 publications in C.I. journals (ISI, SCOPUS) in the last five years.
Have secured research grant(s) as a Principal Investigator worth RM75,000-RM100,000 cumulatively.
Have graduated at least two PhD students.
Have an H-index of at least 5.
