
The Associate Professor - Media & Communication is responsible for delivering high-quality education and fostering academic growth in the field of media and communication. This role involves engaging in teaching, research, and administrative duties within a dynamic academic environment.
The Associate Professor will undertake various teaching responsibilities, including preparing materials, conducting lectures, and providing student consultations. The position also involves contributing to curriculum development and supporting postgraduate research efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Possess a doctoral degree in Media and Communication or relevant fields from a recognized university.
At least seven (7) years of relevant teaching or industry experience.
Preferably with an h-index of 8.
Experience in supervising PhD students and publishing in C.I. journals.
Proven track record of securing research grants as a Principal Investigator.
Strong background in curriculum development and teaching methodologies.
Experience in utilizing IT technologies for teaching and learning.
