Job Description
As an Associate in Quality Assurance, you will engage in daily washroom inspections and passenger surveys at designated airport locations. You will compile inspection and survey data, perform basic data analysis, and prepare monthly reports and presentation materials. You will also participate in client meetings to present findings and trends.
