Role Summary

Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily operations that include managing ticketing systems and addressing customer escalations. You will work closely with engineering teams to resolve issues and ensure the security of systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ticketing systems and handle customer escalations.
- Conduct impact and risk analysis on change requests.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve security issues.
- Monitor support requests and maintain firmware and patches.
- Coordinate with vendors for security solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Report security threats and incidents.
- Install and troubleshoot security equipment and software.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in project deployment and support.
Strong analytical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks with minimal input.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Strong knowledge of networking and IP concepts.
Hands-on experience with IT security solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
