The Business Support Specialist engages in day-to-day activities that involve close collaboration with account directors and managers, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service management. This position requires a proactive approach to sales support and trend analysis, contributing to management reporting and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
2-5 years of experience in business support, inside sales, customer service, or sales operations.
Strong understanding of service request processes and customer engagement.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience with procurement, PMO, or sales teams is a plus.
