The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing the overall project planning from initiation to closure. Job Description
In this role, the Technical Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders and adherence to project standards. The manager will work closely with sales, pre-sales, and legal teams to define project scope and monitor progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall project planning from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop project scope and statements of work.
- Define roles and responsibilities for project tasks.
- Assign and monitor project tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Identify and communicate project issues and facilitate solutions.
- Prepare project status reports and closure documents.
- Maintain effective communication between all stakeholders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in an IT-related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in project management within the ICT industry.
Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
