Job Description

In this position, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include advising clients on people strategy and analyzing workforce trends. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires staying updated on industry developments and collaborating with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on people strategy, compliance, and governance in HR programs.

Job Requirements

Degree in any discipline or professional accounting qualification such as ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ / CPA Australia

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Good leadership skills and resilience

Ability to interact with diverse backgrounds and build relationships

Analytical thinking and business acumen
