The Automation and Analytics Intern is responsible for supporting the Copilot initiatives within the Global Business Services team. This role involves contributing to digital transformation efforts through collaboration and the use of advanced AI tools.
Job Description
As an Automation and Analytics Intern, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include working with Microsoft Copilot and other Generative AI tools. You will assist in various tasks such as tool rollouts, data preparation, and user training in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the rollout of Microsoft Copilot and other Generative AI tools.
- Prepare and organize data for analysis and reporting.
- Conduct user training sessions to enhance tool adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented tools.
- Support the documentation of processes and best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with GenAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI assistants.
Strong command of English (spoken and written).
Able to commit to the full internship duration.
